Anyone know where the nearest pound shop is to MK?

I need to make up some kiddie party bags to give to the kids coming to our wedding but don't want it to cost me a bomb, so anywhere other than pound shops that sell little things like that would be great.

    Thanks

How many of you took part in the free breakfast between 9am and 10am today at IKEA (including free hot drink). Was nice, huh? And there was no small print indicating one per person!
They advertised it outside the store the day before; but it was a bit cheesey that today (on the day) they took down most of the promo ads and many people got to the tills pleasantly surprised to find out their morning food was free while others paid for other things not knowing they could get the english breakfastg free. How many of you noticed that and as revenge exploited the lack of any small print restrictions indicating one meal per customer and went for multiple english breakfasts?:) To rephrase, how many hash brows can you eat in an hour?

That PoundStretcher was renamed as Instore and is still there, and there's another Instore in Bletchley next door to the Post Office. Also, Tesco Kingston has a large party goods section with a selection of cheapie goodie-bag fillers in multi-packs. And Rock-Bottom in Bletchley (around the corner from the Llyods pharmacy and accross from the hairdressers) have a good selection of party paper plates, disposable table covers, birthday party banners, etc.
    PS - Happy Birthday!

If anyone is in need of a ladder, Tesco Kingston had loft ladders reduced to £6.99 from £35ish and 4 step stepladders for £4.49 from £17.99 .These were at the end of the DIY aisle, but it was yesterday morning, so they may have all gone now.
