Argh, I'm so unhappy. I really need to cheer up. Just feel this 'pain' inside, it is constantly there and I don't know how to live with it.
Awww Feely, so sorry about that :(

Have you got any idea what type of emotional pain it is?

    Is it angry or sad?

Do you feel like you've lost something?

Is it the pain of having a need that isn't met, or life not being how you hoped?

    Loneliness?

    Frustration?

Obviously you don't need to respond on here unless you'd like to! I just thought some questions might help you to start to get to the bottom of it!.

Hugs for you, and hope you feel better soon :)

OH mentioned that if we leave LO with someone, we wouldn't have any way of knowing if they were abusing him, ignoring him or leaving him to cry.

I really don't know how to desribe it. It isn't nice, but it isn't tearful or angry. Despair I suppose. Hopeless, despondent. It is like there is a black void in me that I'm desperate to fill, but nothing works. I just wish I wasn't me, wish I wasn't here.

at the end of the day noone can ever look after your baby as good as you, they can try though! sometimes it is better to leave your child with someone else as in my opinion it helps them when they attend school and nursery.

Bruno, could you not just take Elijah round to your Mum's for a visit while oh writes? That way your Mum gets to see him, your oh gets a break and you get... To do all the running around :p
I think you mean Bruno gets to see his mummy

I leave DD for 2 minutes whilst I get the chicken in the oven - she finds a pen and promptly draws over her legs, bottom of her feet, and stomach - all scrubbed off with several baby wipes - all pens are out of reach who knows how she got hold of this one!

Well, I've survived.. Rhys whinged a bit and she instantly said "oh you've got colic" - he does not have any signs whatsoever of colic! He was just crying cos she poked him awake  Her miracle suggestion for his kidneys is pearl barley water.. but I'll be sticking to the meds he's on, ta very much  Never mind, she's gone now.. torture over for another month :D It wasn't a special journey btw, she was at a christening round the corner.
