  • Thanks

Iam luckier than many in that my finances arent too bad, tight but still can pay bills and have some luxuries. OH has done alot he cares for me and gave up drinking I could just do without his stubborness. Im so 50/50 on whether we are right together.

I was hoping to report a NSD as I havent left the house :naughty: but I got caught by the bin cleaning guy and as I was two months in arrears I had to pay so £16 to add.

Cancel the bin cleaning guy. Ensure you only put rubbish in the bin thats wrapped or in a bag then the bin won't need cleaning. I'm sure you can think of something better to do with that £16.

    Hello

You're absolutely right but I handed over the money without thinking. I felt bad about being 2 months behind. Im paid up for another 16 weeks so will put a note on the diary board to cancel this time.

Hello Im fine thanks work ok - find out who is my new boss before Wednesday.

Spends reasonable I have checked my figures and have £413 left of budget plus bills of £136 to go out = £549 and £425 either in bank or due in this month not including expences so need them to be at least £124 which shouldnt be a problem.

Going to do a sweep of the cupborads etc for some meal planning so I can keep weekly shop spend down.

Also checked credit report to see whats what and rung around cc providers to check BT deals and cut balances. I have been turned down a couple of times whem looking for a new card on a good deal so wont get rid just yet. I only have two dormant ones - one I didnt know I had!!!

MBNA deal runs out soon and NW will offer 3.9% for 6 months with 3% fee and M&S will offer 5.9% 6 months 2.9% fee so lookslike NW itll be. Just need a new cardto come through as it was the one I didnt know about.

Feeling a bit wierd today. DD1 in tears yesterday becasue a friend keeps rubbing it in that she is getting a laptop etc. Feel bad and want to spoil them been there done that on being the broke kid. I know I could get the stuff just on credit again.

Today is the anniversary of my Dads death 22 years ago. I usually manage to "forget" on the day so dont get too upset.

Worked from home although not much work done. OH had the car to take mate to appointment. Anyways he has managed to crash the car not too bad and no one hurt just another thing to deal with. Im a bit worried work will charge me for this one.

Wanted to take the kids out for a treat as not done anything over half term but waiting for car to be towed and replacment car, No sign of either and its getting late.

Spends wise ok talked myself out of ordering new cooker as my one after 12 years is finally showing signes of weakness. One day Ill get a shiny new one!!
