I can vouch for the suede cleaning blocks from Clarks. I've used mine loads, it lasts for ages and only cost about three quid.
I cleaned a suede saddle with one last week and it came up like brand new. You just rub the block on the suede then dust the 'crumbs' off with a cloth.Just run, run and keep on running!0 -

Use the steam from boiling water in a keetle - that'll make them look as good as new (just mind your fingers)0

Evenin all.
I've just dragged mums decorations out of the loft and found a bag of my old clothes up there
In amogst it all is a fab suede waistcoat which is in great nick, apart from the mind blowing smell of damp and fustiness. It seems Fabreeze cant be used on suede or leather and i reckon one of you lovlies here must know a secret to making it smell sweet again......

only thing I can think of is to leave it out blowing in the wind for a bit!!
I remember many years ago I bought a white afghan coat. It was great until it rained then I smelt like.... well..... a dead goat!0 -
If its really lovely & airing doesnt do the trick it maybe worth the expense of having cleaned at a dry cleanersI THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I KnowSupermarket Rebel No 19:T0
