    ...sprints in to say.....

Wol, can't believe the (lack of) luck you're having at the mo...good luck with it all, will be thinking of you and piggies...please remember to take 5 mins out every now & again for quiet de-stressing time...cuppa, vino, whatever, but just you...and hang in there hun, or I'll be forced to start singing that Yazz song at you (probably again, if I recall ;))

....takes deep breath before sprinting out again .......

Now have 5 piggies indoors on various meds ..Muffin guinea has cystitis (luckily no stones..phew.)..nice new vets will board them.....second phew. Rest of piggies will be fine in Piggie Palace with plenty of food and water for thursday as i will be here til wed pm and then back home friday pm

Third phew...nice IT man has recovered my last working backup files from late Sept and put them on my old computer....picking that up later today on way through to visit a friend who is leaving to go back to Oz

Just have to wait to see if (very expensive and slow) data recovery people can recover the rest of the files up to tuesday last week from the original hard drive....this unfortunately included all the presentations for Ireland so can't escape the fact that I will have to re-do them from scratch this weekend.

I cannot understand how last weekend I was actually feeling that despite all the piggie problems of the last few weeks I had just about got my life, piggies, garden and house back into some kind of manageable routine and stability...i.e. could see the light at the end of the tunnel......only to be thrown into an utter whirlwind of chaos again over the course of the last week...with no time to take a breath.

However despite that, I did manage to see/contact most of the clients and keep working so billing is on course for end of October (and at least I;ve recovered alll by business accounts, invoices etc.......fourth very big phew!)

This weekend (after I get back from friends this evening) is to be spent pottering around trying to restore order..and packing piggie suitcases for their holidays....and cutting back on the alcohol which seems to have risen again over the last two weeks :o

Right off to get dressed and do guineas before leaving at 11am.

  • Hi Wol Sweetheart.....just caught up with your diary & sending you lots of <<hugs>> .

Just take each day as it comes & try & get some rest. Must be time of year as going through it a bit myself too so I do understand the stress bit. Get plenty of fresh air & have plenty of breaks.

If you ever need a `middle of the night chat` just pm.
