Yep - you;re right Numpty . Smashed said the same yeseterday evening. I needed to just blank everything out for a couple of days and getting immersed in a book has alwaya been the way I "switch off and chill".
Today I have "done stuff" :j:j:j...mainly ironing, washing, reorganising bedrooms, hoovering and carpet cleaning The Grotto of the worst excesses courtesy of "The Two Brats"- those of you at The Rave will know what I mean
- still got to clean sticky Eton Mess fingermarks off the (new) hall wallpaper
And Grommie has spent the day on the sofa being spoilt because he started wheezing again this morning...but it could still be an allergic reaction to either
a) the ear mites..... (which hopefully are now all starting to die off judging by Beechie's more chipper attitude and persistent wheeking:))....or it could be
b) :oMuffin's wee-wee
Might take him back to vets tomorrow as I'm wondering if he needs a repeat of the steroid injection he had last thursday. Nevertheless his eyes are much clearer and his coat is much better :T:T
Tomorrow is bleaching everything guinea pig...cages, pet carriers etc..and then spraying with a suitable insecticidal spray..(after i come back from the hospital "pre-assessment" meeting - seems the form I filled in a few weeks ago in preparation for my day surgery next week had the wrong answers on it :rotfl::rotfl:)
Ohh........and I have finally decided on the title for the new diary today:beer:.........
..........so you;ll find out what it is tomorrow Numpty

I need to chase up a few things - public sector stuff (which should have been guaranteed and started in july) is worryingly silent - and I have two of three private clients to try and close because I have provided proposals for them over the last few months but again, they have not come back yet. I'm not banking on starting anything with any of these propsects this month as it;s holiday month so no point stressing - but do need to ensure I have a cunning plan in place so i can really start motoring on bringing in business in september
If none of my existing prospects want to proceed - then yes, it;s start from scratch which with 25% or more public sector cuts is not a good place to be
Have been looking at full time jobs in my industry today that I can apply for
