I don't see where you can click on to get this free medal. I see the logo top right but that just takes me to where it says about the medal being available. from there can't seem to click on anything.

If anyone is having trouble then try it now. It worked first time for me this time, in a fraction of the time, and I've been trying non stop for 3 days. Got the confirmation e mail straight away too. Yay, at last!

When the "keep trying" page comes up the key is to hit the refresh button and keep trying it that way. After a few attempts you should get the registration form. It seems to also be having difficulty recognising addresses even when you highlight it but it provided me with boxes to type it in. Just did it a few moments ago under my wifes details and got an email back immediately saying got one.

Took a couple of goes in both IE and Firefox but eventually I got an email confirming that I will recieve the medal! Thanks to the OP for finding this!

taken a few days but i have just manage to register, got email to say medal will be mailed soon
