i signed up today and all seemed fime took me to my account but no e mail so i logged out went to sign in and cant find account
so i rang 01443 222111 and she said seems to be a prob so will enter my details later.

so heres hoping i get 1

I'm driving myself mad trying to get one of these.

I have called sales and customer services to be told that they can't get into the site either, and that the whole system has gone down in the past few days. I'll keep trying but considering I was trying until 2am this morning I'm not holding out much hope :-(

I kept getting "an error has occured" page when I was submitting my details so I phoned customer services and she entered my details for me, that was about 25 mins ago... just waiting for an email...

try early morning or late evening - had the same trouble all day yesterday, but 9pm -straight through!

I phoned and they took my details to save spending hours trying to do it online !. Lady just said she thinks the site might be down for 24 hours now for trying to reg for the freebie

Just got my MSE email this morning, and went straight to the Royal Mint site as I collect all things "Mini". Registered my details, and got the email to say I'm getting one! WooHoo! Thanks OP! :T

If you follow the advice on here (which I did, thank you) and keep refreshing every now and again, the registration form will appear. I registered a moment ago and won one too :-)

Keep persisting everyone. I got one yesterday after a few days of trying.

As ppl have said here you need to keep refreshing the page to get the registration form. Sometimes it rather frustratingly goes back again when you click on the "Find Address" button so just keep trying.
