Finally! Can't believe I tried so hard but it became a little addictive in the end.

I'm not sure if it made a difference, but previously I had included a space between the two halves of my postcode (like I always do), and it could never find my address. Perhaps that was why I kept being timed out.

This time I omitted the space, it found my address and lo and behold I was successful. Yippee!

Emailed yesterday after reading Mrs Angry post. Followed instructions and got email this morning saying I have been succesful. Thank you Mrs Angry, I can now get on with the rest of my life now....:rotfl:

I agree- I got one for me, and then couldn't manage to get one for my Grandma (a lifelong mini owner) so I emailed them last night (after hours) and have just now got a confirmation email (she's not online ). Excellent customer service.:T

I'm glad others have had a good experience, but I haven't had a reply to my email sent yesterday lunchtime asking for confirmation about whether or not I have got a medal. I had spoken to someone on the phone on Monday who said she would register me and I would get a confirmation email, but the email never arrived. I've still had no email to say I have a medal and I daren't register again myself because the lady I spoke to said she would do it for me. I rang them this morning and the man I spoke to didn't appear to understand. He just kept telling me I had to apply online. I'm really, really upset about it as I've been trying since Sunday evening and seem to be getting nowhere. I'm not at all impressed with thier customer service.

I've put all my details in the form and it then showed the form again. I don't know if this is because the site has been set up very well or becauase it hasn't submitted my details. I've had no error message or confirmation, so I don't know.
