I tried all day yesterday and then rang them just before they closed and they said they would register me by phone, but I haven't had an email and they haven't replied to an email I sent them this morning so I don't think I've got one and I daren't try online again because its only one entry per household

i logged in to site said cound'nt find the account, so joined again signed out then in ..accounr is there but no e-mail yet ? do they come quick ?

I dont have a mobile phone atm (sent away due to accidental damage) and I am in work so cannot use the phone!. I can just about use the internet inbetween doing my job .......
