I did send an email but got no response so i went back to trying the site.... took me about 30 attempts. This is what I did - I filled in everything except using the find my address button so I could just double click and it would auto fill the fields, then if it sent me back to the beginning it was faster. I used the back button a lot!
Seems like if you can get it to search for your address it will go through as I managed to get 2 to work.

Yes, website worked ok for me now after several days of trying and I've also had a confirmation email. I did try emailing them, but didn't get any reply.
