:Di contacted them by email and told them their website was so slow and i wanted the chance to win a coin, got a really quick response, they asked me to forward my date of birth and confirm i had read the terms and conditions and they would enter me into the draw and send me a medal.

I phoned 01443 222111 this morning - got through to a switchboard who passed me on to the sales team.
A VERY nice lady called Jane took my details and said she'd register me for the offer once their internal system was back up and running.
Seems like their whole pooter system is down at the moment because of the massive response to the offer....they're hoping all will be well by this afternoon.
