Housework can wait, not more dusty tomorrow - thats my theory anyway. Although quite proud today as I defrosted the freezer (must be oh 4 years since !!)

Can I pick your brains please - We're going to Ribby Hall NOv 13th (week after lights finish) will "Blackpool" be open ? Will trams be running ?

Evening all...guess most of you are in bed at this time.

Just updating for today...updated first post and sig acccordingly...

£67.21 min payment went to Halifax CC today.
£5 from lightspeed went into my Paypal account so I've sent £10 to my bank account..when it arrives there it will go into savings.

DD popped in for coffee this morning after dropping DGS at school. We decided to go out for a while as I needed to bank and needed to get a few bits of shopping...So I introduced her to the world of Aldi,Lidl and home bargains and she was very impressed with them all...so perhaps I'll make a MSE out of her yet(I have been trying).

Whilst in home bargains I got DGS an action man and quad bike for £13.99 for his birthday....

Once all my orders come then that is christmas and little mans birthday sorted.

DD2 is 21 in November but she gets money for that so easily sorted.

It was nice spending the day with DD we had lunch out ahot belly pork and stuffing barm from the butchers each..grand total £4.10 so bargain and delicious.

I went with her to pick little man up from school and he was really excited to see me..bless him.

Spent the evening with DH and we had chicken jalfrezi(pataks 69p sauce HB) and rice so it felt like a take away..
He's just gone to bed so thought I'd catch up on here.
    Accounts up to date..YAY

Housework...none done but had great day.

Dentist in morning for a filling..£43 ..ahhh

    Got hospital friday..allergy tests?

Exercise on prescription next tuesday for meeting.

What a lovely day, Taxi! That sounds really, really good - erm, shame you finish the post by mentioning today's filling! I guess we can't have it all *all* the time. Hope its not too bad.

I would say yes usually if it's a weekend...but some places have been shut during the week at the moment so can't honestly say.
The piers, tower etc are usually open weekends in the winter.
The trams will be running every day but not as frequently as during the season.
I think the sandcastle is open every day of the year.

All the pubs and bars will be open.

Do you know Ribby Hall is not in Blackpool?

    Accounts still up to date.

Filling done apparently it was really deep when they took it out. They said they would have to keep an eye on it!!!..cost £29.10 as had paid for check up and x ray couple of weeks ago.45 mins it took to do!!!..I hate dentists.

Popped into DDs and had a coffee and quick chat.

    Then to car wash.

    Back home now(obviously as I'm on PC..lol)....

Have done first load of washing and hung on line.

    Washed the pots.

Second lot washing going in now.

    Have dealt and filed post.

Am going to totter about doing bits of decluttering, tidying, cleaning etc...will post back later to say what I've managed!!!

Off to check on you all now.
