Glad the percentages were in your favour for once - only just got in but had to come on and check how things have gone. My sister had it in her nodes as well but after her chemo and rad she has been pronounced clear and she is feeling very positive and her hair has grown back lovely.
Re glass bottles if you like fizzy water my favourite Pellegrino comes in glass bottles (although I have to admit I buy the plastic bottles because I have to drink such a lot and it is expensive):o

Coming out of lurkdom again to say how positive you are sounding.
Not sure how organic it is, but could you look at making your own toiletries etc.at least you would know what was in it.
Thanks to elantan for the info on plastic bottles, I may well do some more research into this as its been something thats bothered me for a while, I think plastic but a 'taste' on stuff and worry what it is.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Thanks all...
I'm not bothered about going through the treatment...I know it will be hard and I'll probably have some nasty side effects but at the end of the day I need to do the crap stuff in order to have the chance to live longer.
That plastic taste on stuff is awful and just goes to show the chemicals leach into the products...the chemicals in plastic can also alter your oestrogen levels.
In beauty products there are a lot of chemicals that have never been tested on humans. If I find the article again I'll post the link.
With triple negative cancer ..they do not know what feeds it but there is a lot more cancer now than there as ever beenso what has changed over the years...
we do less exercise
food is flown in from miles away out of season and full of pesticides
milk is in plastic bottles...not the glass it used to be in
meat is fed lots of hormones and antibiotics and not left to grow at a normal rate
people don't cook from scratch but eat processed food
Did your granny clean her house with all these chemicals?...she used soda crystals, beeswax, elbow grease etc.
What did she put in her bath or wash herself with?
There was hardly any obesity as housework was hard in those days
myself I just think it is worth looking back to those days for some answers...some of those people from the war years are still alive today and very healthy.0 -
Totally taxi I agree with all .... Remember also everyone that the milk we drink is all from cows that have been pumped with anti biotics etc .... Has anyone noticed the huge increase in human resistance to antibiotics mrsa cdiff etc ???? Not saying it is all to do with milk but all these wee bits add up through time0

Hi Taxi! I just got back, catching up on everyone - lovely to see the high percentage your oncologist gave you, and a very impressive list of changes that you've made - I'm glad El asked for a list
did you feel good when you realised how much you've done?
I confess I'm using up what I've got in the house, and then really focussing on what I bring in again .... both for length of life and quality of life, nothing is more important than that. I really like your Goethe quote (as I'm in advanced mode so I can use the smilies :rotfl: I can't see it right now, but I know I like it :j2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Sorry but if a cow is on medication the milk is usually thrown.
