Babysteps...it definitely is here but they all add up...

El my changes aren't much so far.

All food is organic inc fruit juices

    All toiletries 100% organic

At the moment using ecover washing powder and washing up liquid..looking for organic solutions to this and all cleaning jobs.

Bottled water is bought in glass bottles.

Not really started on exercise or diet(losing weight) front yet.Been told by hospital not to lose weight yet as chemo based on weight.

I have done about half an hour walking today...only slowly but done ....and will try to have a littlewalk each day.

they are all baby steps but will add up.

  • Sorry if I'm being dim but what is wrong with using plastic bottles? Everything we use these days seems to be in plastic?

Where oh where do we start with plastic lol ....

Plastic bottles produce chemicals that are carcinogenic ... These chemicals leach into the products that are contained within the plastic ... When we ingest these products either orally or through the skin etc we are ingesting these carcinogenic chemicals ... The amounts are very small but over time build up to be huge and potentially life threatning ... That's the basics ofcourse it goes deeper than that .... But it's a good place to start researching if your interested
