sounds like they are completely useless, glad you give them a verbal kicking, they're bloomin lucky you don't start saying you want compensation for loss of earnings with their terrible customer service and total incompetence.

They have no interest whatsoever at head office level and the dealership is led vby head office.Perhaps they don't give a !!!!! anymore now their jobs are at stake.

    Xmas Saver!
Can you not threaten them with a loss of earnings, surely if itd unmerchndisable quality, did the trading standards use the sale of goods act, their may be a liability issue, and as such out of pocket expenses may be claimable back.

Sorry you had such a bad day.

One massive point I disagree with is - YOUR NOT A LARGE LADY, UR A KIND HEARTED LADY - WHOS BUILT FOR COMFORT NOT SPEED!! X

Forgot about the comfort not speed thing..lol
TS said to put in writing to them that the car should be fixed by x date...send recorded delivery..and in it put about breach of contract. Also contact GM finance as it's on HP so they are jointly liable....only if they don't fix it in that time period which has to be reasonable..then can I pursue it further..if they don't offer a like for like replacement or refund...loss of earnings being seperate issue but of course the car will be fixed by the reasonable time now.
Loss of earnings to be dealt with by head office but they honestly don't give a !!!!!.

I do think the dealership will do their utmost to sort it.They had their hands tied with Vauxhall but I think they have gone behind their backs now.

Morning all..well lets see what today brings.
Been up since about 6am and done nothing really except checking all the bank accounts and e-mails and being on here.
Looks like a nice day out.I have the dentist today only a check up but still costs money.
I don't know whether I have the concentration level to do the accounts either and I know I really should.
Don't know whether to make a PAD...I guess I'll need to wait and see when we will get car back.
