I emailed them on the 22nd, had that same email today about a refund. Note it says a "refund HAS been made" - I've just checked, nothing there. So I'm giving them until Monday then they're having another shirty email from me.

They're getting interest from all this money they've taken from us....

Likewise on email, not showing up yet on my account though. Did you explain to consumer direct the whole story (i.e. about not having the receipts for whatever reason)

Yep. Even listed the Princess items I bought, but they will now only accept receipts!

I've been very lucky (which is unusual for me) and received all 7 but I did order at 3 seperate times. Don't know if that makes a difference. The problem I have is, the first order which was Sleepy on his own is about double the size of the other 6 which have now arrived. Now have 1 large dwarf and 6 smaller!! Will now have to try and find a small Sleepy to join the others.

Simple. Put him in the hottest wash your machine can handle, he'll soon be normal sized:j

Received an email today to say they have refunded the money :j I will have to double check to make sure they have!!!!!

Maybe a bit of hope for thoses still waiting on their dwarfs - I ordered 2 on 7 September and they arrived today by Royal Mail. I didn't think I'd be getting them after reading the thread the last few days. Hope people get theirs/refunds soon. Thanks OP!
