have just received my two dwarfs which ws ordered couple of weeks ago thanks to this post. however dis not get the one's i chose a(happy and dopy) but got sleepy and sneezy. They are lovely soft toys and will now try and get two more.

and at the top it asks you to enter the argos code from you receipt to validate the offer, so i thought i would try and enter any of the disney princess codes and it works so i have ordered all 7 on a different code number for a grand total of 17.43 {delivered}
when my little girl was born in 2002 they were 30.00 each and i have had a look on the disney site today and they are 15.00 each so a great saving if you have your own little princess.

Normally that may be the case, but part of the contract is that the purchaser is required to have purchased an item from Argos in order to take advantage of this offer.

If the purchaser has not done this, or can't prove it, then there was no contract to start with, so they can refund you and that's it

Effectively you are in breach of the terms of the contract, or there was no contract

I rang consumer direct and was told that they are in breach of their contract as they accepted our orders but are refusing to honour them

Well to my surprise I have received my two dwarfs today and the ones I did order (Happy and Dopey)... I didn't think they would come.. money was taken out on 7th Sept... So hopefully there will more deliveries for you guys... They are really nice and part of me wish i had ordered the lot (7).. but I guess I should just be grateful i got them. Thanks OP... another xmas present sorted.

got 3 refunds today out of the 7 so not sure whats happening with the other 4. typical it was me that was 1 of the unlucky ones
