I have just emailed them again as I haven't a refund either, despite being promised one in the beginning of december, and again the 5th january. I have been emailing [EMAIL="ruth@infoportdistribution.co.uk"]ruth@infoportdistribution.co.uk[/EMAIL], and was getting replies up until january if that helps anyone.
I have told her I will be contacting trading standards if I don't recieve it within 10 working days.

I have received 5 dwarves today. One 12" and four 23cm dwarves (approx 9"). Not complaining at £2.49 each although would have been better if all the same size.
