Can I ask did you have to provide your details or is it across the board? How annoying, I think legally having billed us they should have to provide the goods. Guess we'll just have to be happy to get money back. I shall certainly stay away from Artoss and Dismay after this.

No I didnt provide my details she just said I havent had a reply to my email as there were too many and they were just issuing refunds to everyone who didnt send a receipt

When I called she was a bit annoyed that I had the number!!!!!!

She asked where I got it from ... I said its on ur website.... she needs to get her head out of her a*se imo she certainly thinks shes VERY important

Hmm, i havent had no contact or no dwarves (Ordered 2) Are we just expected to sit back and wait for them to finally refund the money now? Or should we contact about refund? Sound like an awful company. If taking the money doesnt mean they have accepted the order they shouldnt bloody take OUR money at all!! Comapanies really annoy me how they can just take our money, it means nothing. Then give it us back if and when they feel like it! GRRRRR
