    I haven't had a response to my email. I used a prepaid card, so don't know how I will get my money back.

    Me too, they wouldnt accept my electron!! Hope we all either get our dwarfs or money back. Not sure if they can refund on to prepaid mastercards though, never had to have a refund on it before :confused:

  • Hey all, I'm a member of another Irish forum where the offer was also put up and many of us availed off it. Now I along with others have received the same email. I emailed back saying I had gotten rid of the receipts, which is fair enough on my part as they charged my card, so anybody reasonable would assume the transaction was complete and the onus is on them to deliver the goods. No response as yet, I hope they will respond though and soon, or between this board and the other board, they will have quite a few angry customers.

    Ordered mine on 7th Sept, only ordered 6 by mistake, they took the money a few days later thats when I realised and ordered the 7th.
    From reading all of the comments it does seem like the offer processing may be region specific as some peoples dwarves seem to take longer to arrive than others, some have had emails demanding reciepts and others have not.
    I am in Gateshead, have not recieved my dwarves yet but did get the magic red card from Royal mail through my letter box yesterday so hopefully that will be them. I haven't recieved any emails.
    I think if people have not recieved an email then they should sit tight a little longer as it does seem to be taking up to 5/6 weeks for delivery in some areas. If you start emailing them and demanding the money back they may just get suspicious.

    I know its difficult but I think people need to read back over the thread to see that the issue is not with late delivery of items but with the emails that have now been sent to many people stating that their dwarves will not be despatched until proof of purchase is received.

    We haven't emailed to harrass them about their slow delivery we have replied to an email that has asked us to send them proof of postage before they will despatch the goods.
