thankyou x. I did, yes. I sent him a fax asking for some diazepam and something quite strong on the codeine front similar to the ones I can buy in Spain but not here. He gave me Tramadol  so I think he must have thought it was worse than it was. I had a diazepam before I went to sleep to lessen the chance of the leg cramps returning. I think I'll buy some normal fizzy co-codamol from the chemist when I pop out later. They don't quite hit the 'spot' as they only have a small amount of codeine in, perhaps I should have a google to find out the other over the counter options."Stay Wonky":D

hi again, Erin's first proper match went well..4-4, no goals for Erin but she did a great hatchet job in some tackles and sent a couple of boys on their bums! she did well!
Off to make bacon rolls and tidy the house.
Chum karen is coming today so need to tidy up some... well it's tidy but could do with a hoover.....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
You could try Paramol BB, which is dihydrocoedine - but because it's very addictive due to the high codeine content so you can only take it for a week. It's a pharmacy drug but OTC.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130
