I do hope they lock these threads that wonder on and off topic rather than delete them.
It seems that someone only need hover near the red triangle and the whole thread gets deleted nowdays.

Pobby has pulled it back on topic.:D

HPC is a bit too 'brit1234' for my liking. Bearish as I am, there is only so much 'armageddon is round the corner' threads one can take before it all gets a bit too much.

And as mewbie pointed out, there is no thanks button to make you feel loved :p. When someone notices you and thanks your post it makes you feel all warm and gooey inside :D.

How is the door-step money business going Tassotti?

I seem to recall you delighting in how it recession-resistant it was. I heard things aren't going that well of late.

Whenever I see that avatar of yours I don't imagine some nice person offering a helpful hand, but rather someone asking for their money+interest owed.

How did your dream-house purchase work out? :D

Tassotti, just wondered. What's it like to have a thanks ratio worse than Adolf Hitler?

still a scum of a loan shark?lowlife.....this person brags about charging people 150% plus interest and helps others set up loan shark businesses...
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Lower than a snakes belly then. Preying on the vulnerable in society. Disgusting.
