MBM congrats! Chloe is beautiful!
Hope you feel better soon EA. Make sure you put your feet up and rest.
Back to the football conversation a few pages back I don't really follow football, I am however a Leeds Rhino fan (rugby league for anyone who's not sure!!)
I went out at lucnh and treated myself to Japanese noodles for lunch! So so good but not in the mood for work now and would much rather go home for a nap!
Oh my god, I would love some Japanese noodles! I must take a trip to Wagamamas really soon.
On the butter debate, I usually cannot stomach butter or marge. For that reason I can't abide shop bought sandwiches as even a scrape of it turns my stomach. I don't have it on toast, or jacket potatoes or anything. Having said that I can manage a bit of proper butter since being pregnant, but only in things like mash or new potatoes. I like the taste of olive oil though, so tend to substitute that quite a lot.
Home alone tonight as hubby is working so am having veggie moussakka for tea with some home made garlic bread x x:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Oh Sammy, I'm so sorry, hope u r OK
Happy belated birthdays too!
Have my 16w appt tomo, bit nervous about it but not sure why.
I seem to be addicted to turkey burgers and drummers and have them almost every day! Think its to do with the easiness of them as I'm shattered when I finish work.
I managed to do the weekly shop tonight in 30 minutes just by ditching OH and doing it solo, might continue this as it normally takes us an hour or more as he reads all of the labels on anything we buy, or consider buying. It drives me mental.
Hope everyone else is OK,big hugs to those that need them and labour vibes to those that want them!!Boots: £107.xx on AC :j

I love butter :T I put unhealthy amounts onto crumpets, they soak loads in and you don't realise how much til you pick it up and it drips down your hands :rotfl: I also have an unhealthy salt craving so far in this pregnancy, i had some chips earlier and put an oceans worth on, must stop doing that before i have a heart attack0

I've had quite a big crisp craving since becoming pregnant. I've always loved them, but could eat Walkers ready salted, salt and vinegar or prawn cocktail all day. Funnily enough I've gone off posh crisps like Kettle Chips though!
Gemma- good job on the shopping. I find it much quicker and cheaper to go solo. Either that or I do online which is even more preferable. 16wk appointment is good as you usually get to hear the heartbeat, which is always nice! And no needles as far as I remember!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Was quite please with myself, I usually am a big ball of rage by the time we get to the till as it takes so long, but feeling quite chilled now!
Sometimes get it delivered but thought I'd do it myself tonight. Speaking of crisps, I saw sour cream and chive tonight and just had to buy them, might have some for supper.......or more turkey drummers lol
I didn't realise I might hear the heartbeat, thats so exciting, got TTT in the am so hopefully no more needles after that, I bruise like a peach and look like a junkie or I've been beaten up usually.Boots: £107.xx on AC :j

Evening all hope everyone is feeling well.
So Sorry sammy, no words are right at these times(((hugs)))
I'm also in the throws of pasta love too having lasagna for dinner much to OH annoyance as he dose not like it. his alternatives for dinner are pasta with cheese pasta with chicken and mushroom sauce or corn on the cob that guess what he won't eat lol
Think I may have to let him go to Tesco for something else. need to do a proper shop when we get paid. And a freezer all he ever wants is mince stew and spag bol can't be bothered with the same meals every night. Will need to freeze portions then me and the kids can have a varied diet. of pasta with different sauces:rotfl:[STRIKE]Little bump 3 on it's way[/STRIKE]:j

ooooo for those preggy mse'rs in south wales check out the new midwife lead unit / antenatal at the UHW http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/8196127.stm after hearing such terrible reports of builders and 70's / 80's layout (which i was born in:eek:)etc i am delighted.
Here's hoping they open the Consultant lead unit in time for me:rolleyes:. I am wondering where the pain relieving drugs and other labour pariphinalia (sp) are though:eek: and baby cribs would be nice:o maybe i am just missing something:o0 -

Evening,
I was saying that the other day - it's much cheaper and quicker to go shopping on my own. However, just back from Morrisons, where I was struggling to steer the trolley. Every time I tried to turn it, the pain in my pelvic area was really bad! Have told OH he has to come with me from now on, but will just have to keep a tight rein on him!
Welcome gymfiend!
Nessquic - nice to hear from you. Make sure you keep us updated with your progress so we don't worry!0
