Dont know, its an 0844 number and i would be calling from my mobile so i dont want to risk no one being there and getting charged a fortune!
Also, will i have to pay for the medicine if the docs say i have to have it? As i dont have my exemption card yet. Doc hasn't sent away for it lol x0 -

I stopped bleeding this week, 7 weeks after the birth! And had blood clots the size of my fist sometimes... yuck!0 -
What is it with girls when they go to the bathroom DD has been in nearly half an hour and the shower is still not on(the boiler kicks in). Then once she showers it's another half hour then and hour for her hair in her room. Then god only knows how long to decide what to wear tomorrow.
God i hope it's a boy the gas bill will be too high if it's another girl:eek:
I just don't understand girly girls.[STRIKE]Little bump 3 on it's way[/STRIKE]:j

Woop! Im currently £1.79 into my overdraft
lol x0 -
EA- I got free prescriptions before I got my exemption card. You just say you are waiting for it and the pharmacist can tick a box to say they haven't seen it. IMHO if you think you have Swine Flu you need to call the 0844 number regardless of it costing a few pounds.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

Also, while I'm here and lurking...
Raspberry leaf tablets: I took these instead of the tea and the midewifes I saw all said my uterus behaved no differently than someone who hadn't taken anything. I had heard this before but don't like fruit teas so decided on the tablets, wish I'd taken the tea instead as they did say ladies who have the tea do have a noticeably stronger uterus etc.
Maternity Briefs: Go at least one size bigger than usual, the issue with them being loose isn't that they won't hold the pad in place, but more that they wouldn't push on the wound should you need a caesarian. I'm normally a 14 and I got cheap packs of knickers from Primark in a 18-20 and was glad I did, as they came up a lot higher and the waistband sat well away from my cut. I wasn't expecting a caesarian, but was glad I had these knickers afterwards! They were more comfy than the disposable pants but cheap enough to throw away when needed.
Lactulose: Get it ready beforehand!! The pain of not being able to go after the birth, plus being on iron tablets for blood loss making it even harder, was excruciating and much more painful than anything I felt during labour and the birth! I suffered for days before getting lactulose and was very relieved afterwards.0
