Ha ha. I agree that if they are stretchy, it's not too bad, but if they are already quite skimpy then they might ride up quite a bit!!! Because I am curvy though, I can't risk skimpy material. You might be ok though?!0

Not sure if anyone still here plays Bejeweled on FB, but OMG!!! I just scored 244,400!!!!! Wooo hooo! I didn't think scores like that were possible! Sorry, just wanted to tell someone! ha ha

Baby Toby born 17th Nov 09 :j0 -
Im so dim! Got the carrycot attachment dropped off today for my pram, just tried it on the pram base and realised the aprons missing. Ive been looking at it for the last 8 hours thinking 'ooh, im so chuffed with my bargain' and parts missing! The lady I bought it off said she'll dig it out and drop it round which doesnt fill me with confidence that she knows where it is, hopefully Im just being paranoid.Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0

That's similar(ish) to the ones I bought from Mothercare, but mine aren't wrap style. They don't seem to have them anymore, but here they are on e-bay. As I said though, because they weren't cheap, I begrudge ruining them for labour!! It feels strange wearing a nightdress - I only ever wear PJs for lazing about in. And nothing in bed! :eek:0 -
I might get a couple of nighties and a couple of nursing vests from Mothercare whilst the 10% voucher is valid. Will prob print it off and use it in store rather than pay for delivery online. Their stuff is pricy but I've heard that it is good for nursing.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

my boss wore a statin nightie and said it spent the whole time wrapped up around her neck! :rotfl:
grr - not sure what to do now! I think I might dig out the one I have here already and see if it fits comfy over bump and get one in that size.
All the cheapie ones I can find look like grannie nighties and I don't wanna spend loads on a labour nightie!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -

Thank you! The last 3 weeks since being 'viable' seem to have flown by and it seems even closer if you say 13 weeks to go. Im feeling great at the minute, still getting heartburn, cramp and backache but keep reminding myself that this is just wht I have to go through to get a belly monkey in November :rotfl:She's definately been more active the last week or so, Ive got an anterior placenta so I think a lot of the movements are a bit muffled but Ive been able to watch my bump twitch for a few weeks now and her latest trick seems to be making my bump go rock hard if she doesnt like the way Ive stretched or bent over. Little madams making her feelings known from the start!
Now that all the main things are bought, maternity leaves sorted and Ive got my head around the fact Im having a baby this last few days Ive just been really excited. I cant wait for November now, OH says im getting a tad too giddy, lol.Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -
I think mine kinda look like granny nighties, but for labour and (hopefully!) only 1 night in hospital I don't want to spend any more0

i just got some - too good a bargain to miss. I need some for now anyway so if bump bursts out before jan i will keep them for after - if not great:D
satin nighties for labour - i will have the cheapest or oldest nightie i can find for labour - lol.
