As long as it's normal and not indicating my bum is going to fall off or anything :rotfl:
Would make sense as well those are some of the muscles exercised by the pilates exercises i was doing for the HMS I did them until about 11 weeks. I find if I try to tense them it makes it worse though :cool:0 -
Spikey it can be normal i have had to figure out a whole new way of moving about since being pregnant this time, you do have to be quite ingenius :-) x:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0

ooh the rudness :rotfl:
Moses basket its easier than it looks (I washed all the covers coz mine's borrowed from a friend with cats) I'd forgotten what it looked like but worked it out in about 10 mins
Obviously you were joking about swapping numbers coz that breaks the forum rulesx
Jillie, Chill ya boots vibes going to your circularity system
Happy due date Ness
numbers were swapped IRL weren't they?:D
and u r lovelyand I know you and all the other girls will help me when I'm on here at 1am screaming cos my baby won't sleep :rotfl:
EA you can get breast pads with adhesive so you don't need to slip them into a bra. I don't know how sticky they are but Husband brought some back with the shopping the other day so I'll check them out and report back
I've got the Johnson's ones and they have sticky bits on which I eventually worked out was to stick to your bra
OH and I just had a row
My dad rang and said he would like to come up the weekend after baby is born as he works 6 days on and 3 days off and that's the only weekend near the birth but I told him that I had told IL's to wait until the weekend after so didn't think it was fair for him to come after I'd said no visitors to IL's. OH walked in mid-convo and thought I was saying something completely different!
Thankfully OH is happy for my dad to come (and so am I) because he will just come for a maximum of 1 night and has even said he won't stay at ours whereas IL's are coming Friday to Monday, expect to stay here and will bring BIL as well.
Dad's girlfriend has knitted loads of stuff apparently and so wants to bring it up.
Because all our visitors are over 4 hours away it's not just like they will pop around for an hour or two - it will be full on for a couple of days.

Hi all
Gawd soooo tired today, went out for a meal and to the pub with my mates last night, think Im gonna slow down with nights out from now on as finding I wanna be home!! Also must stop thinking I HAVE to eat all the food on my plate as I finished off my lasagne, g bread and chips last night and promptly felt like Id overdone it, oops!!
I have my Sis In Law to be's hen do next Saturday night. The bits I am doing are having a meal at Bella Italia (mmm) then 'Party to the Rescue' where we get taken round Bournemouth in a fire engine for an hour!! Then onto a couple of bars. Then Im gonna drive home when they go to the club. After being out last night though and not feeling great towards the end, I hope I can last the night!! On the plus side, the day after the hen do me and DH are off for our 3 night break to Looe so least that will be nice and relaxing
Hope you are all having nice Sundays, I'm now looking Zorbit muslins on ebay to give us an alternative to Tescos, I had to admit they dont look great even through the packet, lol!!

Managed to save myself over £40 on curtains for the nursery this morning. I was planning to buy the Humphrey's corner ones from Mothercare but while in B&Q I looked in their clearance bins and they have beautiful blue and white lined curtains with enbroidered dogs and the words 'walkies' and 'woof' on. Priced at £5, at the till they came up for a £1. Couldn't quite believe it! Plus, I had my 15% off voucher for the weekend - 2nd bargain of the week!
Glam, I 'm intrigued by the taking calcium for pain relief that you recommended and I'm popping into H&B tomorrow to ask them and maybe get some. Where do you buy yours from?

Hi bear
wow what a bargain - I've not got curtains as we have a blackout blind and I've not seen any I like.
These are the links about Calcium

I got mine from H&B online and got these

but when I got them the 250 tablets were only £3.99 :money:instead of £7.99 :eek:A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Lol I know what you mean!! I felt I had to make an effort as sis in law came all the way to London for mine and stayed the night too. They are also doing some dance class thing in the afternoon and staying in a hotel after the club so I thought I had made a fair compromise... now Im starting to think I was a bit over ambitious!!
I know what I meant to say too, when the hospital lady rang back with my iron results after my anti d injection yesterday, (as she was so nice) I asked her about the fact that I have still not had a bounty pack despite asking just about everyone about them. She said she would speak to the bounty lady who was coming to the hospital on sunday (today). Well she phoned me this morning (which I was already impressed with as its a Sunday) to say she is posting me out a pack today!! Yay!! I know its probably not even that exciting but it was really bugging me that not one of my midwives seemed to know about them and everyone else seemed to be given them!! I am v impressed by the anti-D lady, she has been so nice and helpful all roundBaby Toby born 17th Nov 09 :j0 -
boo - it makes such a difference when you get someone helpful like that.
Now, I said I'd attend a meeting in work for 2 hours tomorrow - I need to drive to Wigan for Aquanatal so it's not like I would be going out of my way and I would get paid almost £30 for 2 hours work but the big question is..................... Can I be bothered? :rotfl:
I don't have to go and don't want to turn up to fifty million questions about what I've been up to and am I ready etc etc but then it is an extra £30.
Sod it I'll go I think - will give OH some time on his own.
Must make sure I get to Aqua natal super early though!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

anyone watch Michael McIntyre last night?
He is soooooooooooooooo funny :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
He was talking about his wife being overdue with their son and was saying that she went off to research inducing labour. She came back and said to him that RLT and indigesting sperm was the way to go so he got all excited and then she asked him to w a n k in to the tea as she wasn't up to giving him a b l o w job!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Very funny but now OH has said 'Oh yeah I forgot that you said indigestion was better - woo hoo' :rolleyes:A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
