wrap ice in a cloth and set it behind your back and then rub a bit of ice behind your ears.

Very quick hello from me as I am off to work.
Hugs to Catw0man- fingers crossed that you will be back very soon.
Glam- I would definitely take it back. OH thinks I am ungrateful but I think it's much better to swap a gift for something that will get used. Failing that I stick it in my present box and 'recycle' it!
Suzy- sending you more labour vibes today.
Catch up later after work, if I can keep my eyes open by then.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Hi All
Just wondered if anyone here has suffered bleeding in there pregnancies and gone on to have happy healthy babies? I had a small bleed with Ben my son around 6 weeks last time and he's now 5. But this baby (potentially babies) are really taking the biscuit.
I'm 6 weeks according to sonographer yesterday and I started bleeding on Wednesday night, not a lot but enough to be concerned so went in yesterday and had a vaginal scan and they said baby was ok (one heart beat found) and there was no explainable reason for the bleeding that she could see.
Well when I go to bed at night Im fine there's no bleeding. but when i wake up and am walking about etc then it starts again and there is a fair bit but its almost likes its all pooled together in the night and then it comes out in the morning once ive stood up and it normally takes a little while to stop.
I'm in no pain at all though. I rang the doctor yesterday and he said it could be implant bleeding if it had hit a vein (but wasn't sure it would be this much) or it could be my cervix or simply that they had damaged something with the vaginal scan yesterday because when she checked my ovaries she was really pushing and it hurt.Time to find me again0 -
Morning ladies had another carppy nights sleep with toilet trips but hey ho at least i got the bed to myself. I've just made myself £40 hopefully with a payday loan has anyone else seen the thread on here could be a quick way to make some cash for you all, Thread is under the loans section and you have to go through quidco :-) xx
Tia congratulations on Amber being home :-D
Suzy huge labor vibes for you chick :-)

Morning sammy
I bled through most of my second pregancy due to placenta previa its scary but i went on to have a healthy baby boy. I also had a very small implant bleed with this one in the early days. Just keep an eye on it and go straight back to the doctor/hospital if it gets any worse, painfull or you are just worrying yourself sick.
More sticky bean vibes for you xx:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -

Is it sad to be thinking about christmas already. I usually start shopping around September, but maybe a little too preoccupied this September
I don't think so, I had a bit of a mad moment on Wed night going through my present stash and sorting out 11 christmas and birthday presents, I only need to get another 3 people (all men) and I'm done. Did contemplate wrapping them up, but drew the line at that. I think I was trying to avoid the hoovering though so that may be why I was doing such random things!Boots: £107.xx on AC :j

Has anyoine done any NCT classes? I have been looking into them as this is all we have where I am apart from a one day tour of the maternity unit at hospital, but it's £170ish for the course, OH thinks its a waste of time but as this is our first I really want to try and get as much advice as possible. Meeting other mums would be good too.
Had rubbish nights sleep, now thinking about trying some yoga but don't know if I can peel myself off the sofa.
Will hopefully be getting our first big buys for the nursery today, off to kiddiecare and babys r us to hopefully find some bargains, knowing me will fsll in love with the most ecpensive things in the shop!Boots: £107.xx on AC :j
