It's getting very hard to find a relevant thread for mobiles.co.uk that hasn't been locked these days :eek:
So latest update...
It's day 30 two days after the supposed "allow 28days for delivery" and still no cheque !
I did however receive a nice courtesey phone call from O2 yesterday afternoon asking if I had received the final invoice showing a balance of -£0.01p which I had :cool:
So again more brownie points for O2 !It's not just about the money0 -

Sadly your involvement in this matter has been a complete and utter waste of time as with other problems that you've involved yourself with !
I've told you before the cheque is of little consequence to me as it's just another in a long list of broken promises from you that has failed to materialise.It's not just about the money0 -
I do not have your PMs or emails any more, and can't remember your name or order number - so in order to chase the cheque on your behalf I need these details again. I have dealt with scores of customers through MSE.
Yet again, we cancelled your contract as soon as we received the handset back, raised the cheque and closed the case; if you also consider the matter closed and don't care about the cheque why keep bringing it up yet not PMing me?

What sort of a way of keeping records do you have ?

And I keep bringing it up because I don't consider it closed and other people have an interest as to how this fiasco is panning out.
