Mobiles.co.uk the worst ever customer services

After reading lot of good reviews about mobiles.co.uk i placed Nokia 5530 to mobiles.co.uk on last Friday
They confirmed that i 'll receive te order on coming Monday . i waited three days and then i got to know citylink missed the goods . I sent mail to mobiles for the status of my order , there is no reply since Wednesday in fact i sent atleast 4 email to them . No one picks the phone as it seems the whole staff has got swine flu . they claim they reply the mail in 2 hours but unfortunately it is more than 2 days .
I would recommend everyone to think 10 times before placing order with them

When i called citylink they told the goods are missing and please inform the mobiles.co.uk to place a new order .

I wouldn't buy anything from mobiles.co.uk who are part of car phone warehouse group - their service is a shambles

Got a reply yesterday after 2 days waiting . asking for contact citylink .
They dont have time even to read the full email in which i mentioned clearly that city link missed the goods
I asked mobiles.co.uk to sort this out with city link .
I'm not sure how much time it will take . It is almost 1 week over .

Another person having problems with mobiles.co.uk on another thread. I have suggested to them to complain to http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/ - more complaints they get the more chance of getting mobiles.co.uk to change their practices.
Funny how the mobiles.co.uk Customer Feedback page has ALL POSITIVE feedback - no one seems to give them ANY negative comments. Apparently they have a complaints procedure line 01923 80 44 44 (you can try ringing that at least it wont cost more than 08 numbers).0 -

surprisingly this time , i was able to connect their customer services within 5 min .
Customer services person heard the issue and assured me they will sort this with citylink on Monday and give me call.
Lets see what happens on Monday0
