They dont have time even to read the full email in which i mentioned clearly that city link missed the goods
Funny you should say that... I sent an email to mobiles.co.uk and I have just received a reply saying that I cannot return my phone because I contact them too late (ie 14 days after the order), while at the bottom of that same email was is their own acknowledgment that they received my request only 10 days after the order... PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
(Or at least hope that everything goes smooth the first time round, because if you need to make use of their customer service YOU ARE DOOMED!)0 -
I am currently under attack on other threads for warning people about this company. I hope that by posting your experiences others who have not yet used this dealer will see that there are several issues with them. The rep has been on here and received a fair amount of support in an apparent attempt to help individuals who have been let down through normal channels. Personally, I have found their reponses inconsistent and totally unconvincing - others take the opposite view. I wouldn't give any cpw the benefit of the doubt based on that as some seem happy to do.
Whoever the rep(s) on here may deem to help it is a drop in the ocean (but a visible one) in terms of all the people who obviously must be having similar problems yet not found their way onto these threads.
Whilst this dealer is not the worst compared with some who have fallen by the wayside (and even its counterparts in cpw - SO far) it is certainly a million miles away from the best.
I trust your warnings will be noted by people who don't know much about this dealer. No doubt I will now be attacked on this thread too!0 -

Probably, despite all the help and advise you have given over a very long time - some never learn.

surprisingly this time , i was able to connect their customer services within 5 min .
Customer services person heard the issue and assured me they will sort this with citylink on Monday and give me call.
Lets see what happens on Monday

I sent a PM to their represenative , he replied as he asked someone to take this on urgent basis
He assured me it will be resolved on Monday itself if not asked me to send a PM again
