I just spoke to them, they were really happy i did cos they've had a look and seems there's a technical hitch they didnt know about!!!:eek:
They said it's probably affecting lots of people and will email when fixed.

Just looked at my account as have an item received today and it is showing 2 items but not the one I received.
Earlier today nothing was showing - presumably in time everything will be back on our accounts.0 -
The site has had some problems with the received items list - I received an email from them. I just checked again now and the list has now been repopulated so you should be able to now log any items received today2020 Wins:

I just received the monthly email confirming that reward points have been allocated. However, on logging in I found lower points compared to what I've been awarded every month prior to this. It also seems like the reward methodology has changed. Earlier this was just the "monthly bonus", now it is broken up into "monthly bonus", "letter bonus" and "extra bonus" points categories. Did anyone receive a notification of this change? Thanks!0

I just came on here to ask a question about the points also! This is only my second month and wondered if there is a way of tallying up the points with the items sent/received or would that just be down to us keeping our own records? I have just withdrawn £15 worth of vouchers so am actually very pleased as this is much easier than the Kantar one.0

There have always been 3 elements to the awards not just a "monthly bonus".0 -

I tried checking when I first joined but found it impossible.
You receive £3 each month as member
20p each item received and confirmed
10p each transponder returned
There could always be a difference, I suppose, as you have no idea if all your transponders arrive back with them. Also, of course, there will always be a difference because of the end of month returns.
As a company, they seem very well organised (unlike TNS) so I am not unhappy just to accept their figures.0
