Anyone else received a "DVD type" cardboard pack where it hasn't been sealed, just had two of the sides tucked in?

This is more likely to be from the RM survey which is totally separate

Sadly, no. I didn't post in the wrong thread. The usual letter, transponder and return envelope were inside.

I've just received one of these today but by the time it had been pushed through our letter box with the other mail, the lid was open but the contents were all still there.

I have described damage on report & that I thought the design was no good. Hope I don't get thrown off the panel!

Probably not so much the design of the box but the quality of staff used to assemble (and not secure) it.

From the point of view of getting it corrected and that it wasn't a one off, it is good to know there are a number of us receiving these. Let's hope they contact the sending organisation with instructions about using tape to secure such things. I expect that, even if properly assembled with the tab tucked in, it looks like something of value like a CD/DVD might be included and open to interference during transit.
