Like LittleVoice I also received an email from them a while back asking what had happened to a transponder as it'd not gotten back to them (I can't find any rogue one in the house, so I think I returned them all, and told them as such.)

Doesn't seem fair to give some of us a bonus and not others, when we're all equally outstanding!

I knew I had returned them all and asked them to tell me which they were looking for and I could tell them exactly when and where it was put back into the mail system. They said not to worry as long as I was sure I had returned everything. I wonder if it was just a general email and they had not matched missing transponders with the recipients.

I had the same also - I was told that I was no longer required a few months back then out of the blue I got an email saying the same. I was doing this from work so had myself a proper system in place so knew that I had returned them all.

Should be sometime this week, I'm still waiting for my Amazon voucher, it generally takes a week or so for them to pay after the end of the month.

It's not so much related to when you put in the request as it is to the monthly deadline for making the request.

Then it is fairly shortly after the deadline for requesting - which I think was today for the latest lot. So should receive payment this week.

They always tell you the exact date the payment has to be requested by and when it will be paid.

We would kindly ask you to return the transponders as quickly as possible to us (1-3 days after receipt). Please make sure that you do not place the battery (thicker side of the transponder) on the stamp side and please always put two transponders in one envelope. Furthermore, please do not put any stamps on the return envelope; the postage will be paid by BIP, the receiver. Many thanks in advance
