The only time I sent back 2 transponders in one envelope was because they didn't include a return envelope in a letter I received & I was told to return it with the next one going back (as online instructions)

To me the side showing the battery is the thinner side, and I wasn't aware of this instruction before. Should I be returning the transponder with the label towards the address dude of the envelope?

Mine haven't been added yet but I would expect them sometime this week because of Christmas & the New Year.

I usually cash in £8/£9 but this month its only £7. And no bonus for me either!

They call all the points 'bonuses'.

I get

• extra bonus points
• monthly bonus points
• letter bonus points

every month. One is the basic, one is received items logged and one is items sent back, as I understand it.

Those 'Christmas' or New Year' bonuses that have been reported - are they real?

Or are people mis-interpreting the phrase 'extra bonus points' as something new - though they actually get these every month?
