They call all the points 'bonuses'.

    I get
    • extra bonus points
    • monthly bonus points
    • letter bonus points
every month. One is the basic, one is received items logged and one is items sent back, as I understand it.

Those 'Christmas' or New Year' bonuses that have been reported - are they real?

Or are people mis-interpreting the phrase 'extra bonus points' as something new - though they actually get these every month?

Yep, people do seem to be misinterpreting the points this month as a bonus but it's just the normal points.

The end of year bonus did exist though as a separate item - which was specifically mentioned in an email.

I log everything, how many letters per month, how much received, how much claimed per month etc and over last year got £80 to withdraw albeit I take it out each month.

I actually had more letters logged in December but less in November. Some people on this thread seem to get consistently more letters than I do per month judging by how much is claimed to get per month.

For some of us no such email (or, what would have been even better, bonus) was received.

^^ The email was for 'outstanding performance' so I guess there will just be some people that were maybe more accurate/quick than others?

Exactly the same for me, as I am retired. However, I did go on holiday several times last year, but they were advised well in advance, perhaps this is the reason for not being awarded a bonus:cool:

^^ You could always query it with them and see what they give for their reasons specifically if you think everything was 100%??
  • Been going for a year now and am up to £76.00 and i will never need to buy an exercise book again!

My daughter also likes the plain folded card that sometimes come and she uses them to make greeting cards.

I have not received any notebooks for ages, only the card. Shame as I send them out to a girl's school my Club supports in Kenya.

I've today received a letter with 4 of the ruddy exercise books in it. Is this a record I wonder?! I'm going to have to find a local charity that wants them all.

Yes, I got that yesterday too! Not had any exercise books for a bit and since it was in a Tesco Bank envelope I was quite confused. Four lovely pristine, very cold, new exercise books to add to the stack of them I have in the corner!
