I love looking thru the joe browns catalogue but not sure I've ever bought anything from there..tempted by the owl tunic that seems to be everywhere ATM but I'm not sure it's long enough to wear as a dress which has put me off..0

Hello ladies!!!
Haven't got a chance of catching up on the pages I've missed but here goes.
daisybella, how much do you reckon your prom dress would fetch if you sold it? I was going to sell a dress in eBay but knew that it wouldn't sell for much, so didn't list it. It's worth more to me than that IYKWIM. Just my tuppence worth.
I also love that Alice in Wonderland palette but am with Alexnikov, I am far too stingy to pay that kind of money for eyeshadow!!!! :rotfl:Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Tara- for a prom dress it was insanely cheap in the first place, I cant remember quite how much we paid for it, but it was on clearance and not more than £20. To be honest, I'm so much in need of the space that I wouldn't mind if I didn't make a lot, but would do research first in to how much they seem to be going for as I wouldn't want it to go for 99p!
Queen- Ohhh I used to watch Grease an absurd amount of times a month haha, I haven't seen it for a few years now.0 -
Daisy - might be worth paying a little to insert it on ebay instead of going for a free listing at 99p?
Grease is fab, I noticed it on the off chance as OH was watching the footie downstairs, so I curled up in bed at watched it*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
That's a good point about paying to list it *nods*
lots of considering to be done0 -
I'll blog the recipe DB.
Is there a dress agency near you that could take on your prom dress?0 -
Hm there might be
I'll get looking in to it,
I will also ask my Mum to ask around friends as some of them have daughters who are around the age where they would need such a dress.0 -
or maybe an add in the local paper?*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150
