Ooh you lot are such a bad influence, that's why I like you! I think you've got me convinced. This is the colour if the link is good enough to work for me http://www.manicpanic.com/best%20hair%20color/enchantedforest.html

Grr...Pilates cancelled as the Church Hall's heating's bust! I've just had a half-hour on the Wii Fit instead.

There's so many forms of yoga out there. I'd really recommend trying several to see what suits you. Dru yoga is great for positive thinking and also excellent for those with mobility issues (my instructor, like me, has had a hip replacment).

Mariel - Peacock green hair would be fabulous.

    Hello all lovely MSE peeps.

moonbabe, I definitely recommend yoga for general toning and exercise purposes. I have asthma and notice it seems to go away when I'm regularly practising yoga. Alex and PF, glad you're feeling better today. Daisy, how do you get so much done so early in the day? Goan, that was indeed a lovely post. :)

Today's outfit is maybe a leetle bit idiosyncratic, but I don't care anymore.

Purple embroidered skater skirt (La Redoute)
    Black knee-length socks (Lidl)
Scruffy black and grey stripe legwarmers, pulled up over the knee to hide my attractive taped-on bandage pad (Factory Shop)
Black t-shirt with white skull and pink heart print, worn backwards to pull the neckline to a different shape (Peacocks)
Bright purple oversize batwing cardi (George)
Wide black elastic belt over cardi (eBay, scenedead shop)
Black flat leather pumps (local shop)

Will be glad when DH heads back to work tomorrow and lets me limp about under my own steam. He's in the kitchen making lunch and is like a bear with a sore head, causes me more stress than owt else!!

I'd love to do Yoga, I think the quiet would do me good and a chance to collect my thoughts. I love my aerobics class which is really hard work for me as I am so unfit but I feel good for it and dancing round like a fool is kinda liberating!
It's £4 for the hour which isn't too bad, the Yoga and Pilates does seem more expensive.

DB - love the sound of your outfit and also the cakes mmmmmm.

Mariel - I think the green would suit your colouring but the second girl doesn't look so good with her reddy skin tone. Also green will accentuate and redness on your face including spots etc. For me a big no!
They use green lighting to deter teenagersfrom hanging around outside shops as it makes their spots look awful lol!

Another awful night's sleep courtisy of Dylan grrrr (but can't stay cross for long) but I feel strangely not as bad as yesterday, although I noticed I had 2 cold sores appearing in the middle of the night, managed to find some Zovirax and get it on but my lips aren't pretty today! Just been to Sainsburys and stocked up on feel good things including veggie sushi, olives, asparagus and steak for dinner. Not cheap but at least healthy.

    Outfit today is
    jeggings
navy long sleeve top under -
batwing stripy cream and black top.
    Bow necklace
red, navy, grey and gold bracelets
    grey slouchy boots.

Have done a funky wiggly plait in my hair - might do a blog post later if I get a break!

Oooh Dylan seems to be nodding off, might be able to do it in a bit!
