MM- do you have a Primark near you? So good for cheap dresses! Or New Look are pretty good :)
Shame they've sold out of the dress like mine, I didn't like the green as much as the one I got.
Oh strawberry cheesecake muffin sounds good :)

Trying to work out a plan for today so I can get dressed haha,
might see if my Mum wants to do something this morning before she goes to work, then have a college work/chatting afternoon ;)

Well, i finally managed to get an outfit together and get to work, and have chipped the polish off one nail so far :S Think it will need a third coat next time I do this one!

Should hopefully be quite a busy day, workwise, added to which I have to finalise all the plans for Thinking Day for my Guides - Shropshire are doing a massive get-together in Telford, which means I'm having to help with the collating of buses etc for my lot to get there..And let all the mums know etc :S

    I've been Money Tipped!
OK, todays outfit is something to make an MSEfreind who shall remain nameless but reads the thread giggle.

I'm at home/animal-ing and cleaning all day but I have people in (workmen repairing the septic tank piping) and need to get DH's truck from the garage later....so might pull trackies on when going out.

but at home: footless tights....gold with lots of holes and runs in. These are THE best for exercise, when doing mat exercises you get enough slide on the floor to move easily, but not so much as to go skidding across the floor on your thigh. They feel dance wear chic (especialy with the wear...) but first time my mother saw them she said ''OMG, what's wrong with your legs, have you got an allergy?'' I could do with some more footless tights actually. I dodn't wear these for ages...memories of dance school, but now I love them for exercising in...I feel like one of the ones exercising behind who ever is leading the work out. :o:o

Blue jersey shorts. These were from sainsbury's last year. Until I see my chunk I always think I'll wear shorts for summer chores. Over the foot less tights you'd think I'd gain something from the support , lol. Blue is a very unusual colour for me, my mother buys blue things for my sister and green things for me, so I always feel like blue isn't for me.

Sports bra (yesterday I exercised in normal bra and couldn't get my arms around my frontage...) with a black betty boop racer back vest underneath. Over the top I'm going to where my disreputable sloppy joe. It was once lemon yellow, but is now sort of dirty cream, both side seams are ripped, the front is stained and the back is holey.

I might pull my gold nikes on to complete this ''outfit''. Out side I'll wear boots though.

The weirdest thing is though I know exactly how this looks weirdly , it feels...good. Like as a kid in an old shirt dress of your mother you can pretend to be a queen in her coronation or a princess in finest silks at a ball, I am pretending to be someone who can wear footless tights under shorts and get away with it.

Oh: icing on the cake? I think I'm going to put some conditioner or oil in my hair later.....:D

I wish I had some leg warmers.......
  • Another willing person for the MSE meal!

Hope your niece will be ok Caroline – it’s such a worry when little ones are porly

Mommyme strawberry cheesecake muffin? That sounds rather yummy.

Really couldn’t be bothered today – am full of cold and would much prefer to be snuggled up with my cat at home in bed than at work. Currently drinking effervescent vitamin C tablets and warm Ribena to try and boost my reserves.

Some good news though at least our heating is working again

    Todays outfit…….somewhat nautical themed.

Black and White Striped T Shirt – Primark
Black Wide Legged Trousers – Wallis
Black Cardigan with single middle button – QS
    Black Shoes
    Silver Anchor Earrings – Asda

Oooh I must sort some stuff out for ebay later, I know I have a pair of hot pink skull and cross bones tights I'm never going to wear, and a vintage pencil skirt. Just a matter of finding them in the deep dark depths :p
