I do love Italian, but yes, mozarella and tomatoes over and over can get dull..that said, I love pizza (going out on tues to pizza express woop - i know it's not classsy but a friend has 1/2 price vouchers so it's about all we can afford lol) daisy, ur welcome to join, but I'd say it's a bit far to go just for pizza ex lol!

Have just made copious quantities of flapjack, waiting for it to cool, and just taken roasted veg from the oven..what idiot decided to place the smoke alarm, which is heat sensitive also, above the freakin oven when they built this flat?! So annoying, goes off everytime the oven is opened!

I cant remember the last time I had pizza. One day *nods*

(and one day I'll turn up on your doorstep!)

Yum to roasted veg, but woe to smoke alarms. I set ours off earlier cooking some stir fry veggies, scared myself stupid!

Have just been looking at Tesco clothes, since when did they start selling things for £100 plus?! MAD.

Oh yes, Vicki! The West Midlands, although not the most attractive place in the UK probably has the finest selection of cheap Indian restaurants this side of Mumbai although BF does a mean channa massala.

OH used to live in Kings Heath/Mosely so we used to nip out for a curry all the time. I used to live in East London and could walk to Brick Lane in 5 minutes (back before it was trendy) it was all proper food back then - 3 course meal for £5!

Just found out that my little niece, who is 3, is being ventilated as she has a really bad chest infection. Poorly bubba.

flapjack cooling..packages wrapped for posting tomorrow..now going to change into pjs and do some sewing..

    Hi,

One of my friend's daughters (aged 4) had similar thing over weekend - hospitalised due to bad chest infection that was making it really difficult for her to breath, poor wee thing. She's home now and making a good recovery.

Friend said it was really scary at the time, but she's doing great now. Hope all will be fine with your wee one very soon.

    xx
