Everyone swithering about blogging, do it. It focuses the mind amazingly, and you can keep the wordiness to a minimum if you're doing fashion.
Tea dresses (from Wikipedia): In contemporary usage, any flowing dress of sheer or translucent fabric, in pastel colors, mid-calf to ankle-length, may be called a tea gown."All cruelty springs from weakness" - Lucius Annaeus SenecaPersonal pronouns are they/them/their, please.
I'm intolerant of wheat, citrus, grapes, grape products and dried vine fruits, tomato, and beetroot, and I am also somewhat caffeine sensitive.0 -

Yep, some of my favourite blogs just have beautiful photography and lovely settings. I'd love to go in that direction by my photography skills definately need fine tuning.
Good explanation of the tea dress, I always think 1940's style with short puffy sleeves, just below knee length with a tie at the back of the waist.
Oh yep, Magpye - I just cannot leave you a comment on your blog. I love the new layout and you look stunning.0 -

Afternoon ladies
Have just been catching up on the thread and reading some of your blogs.
Got up late this morning, it was 9.20 before i managed to drag myself out of bed (thank god DH works from home and can see to the kids if i can't), stupid FM and fatigue lol. Then had to rush as i was meeting a friend at soft play to let the kids run riot. Todays outfit:
Black leggings - River Island
Grey print ruffle dress - River Island sale
Black longline cardi - New Look
Charcoal bailey button Uggs
Black beads and bangles - some asda, some primark i think
Have a good day all

I think I'm going to have to give up on keeping up, I don't get nearly enough time and when I do the offspring have custody of the computers so I apologise if I miss anything important.
Goan 'yeah I made it myself' is my favourite book of all time, I'm really sad and read it cover to cover often, I just love her writing style. I'm so jealous you got to go to a workshop. I only go to little festivals these days, Wakestock is as big as it gets and after having a AAA pass (a friend's band was playing so I was their 'manager') for there with backstage camping, heated bar, posh portaloos etc a couple of years ago it has completely ruined me!
LadyF, have you read my blog? I can't write for toffee but I enjoy doing it anyway, there's no hard and fast rules about what you can put on there, just whatever you feel like. Do it!
My 10yo daughter is off school for the 2nd day with a cold and she's defiinitely getting bored and better grrrrr, they are off next week as well.
I'm wearing a bag-lady ensemble today -
long denim skirt (Next via CS)
layered look black/multi striped top I made from 3 t-shirts
hooded cardi in shades of green (Katwise on Etsy)
sheepskin ankle boots as I'm in the house.
Will be changing later as it is my companion's dj residency in the wine bar tonight
