    Afternoon!
I second the MS thread. I wouldn't choose to do MS for the money as it's a lot of work and preparation for the fee, but for meals out and the odd perky purchase it really helps as we get to do these things without feeling the money could be better spent.
I just picked up a job (they were desperate so upped the fee) I need to go to a local bar/club after 10pm on Friday. I'm going on my own and have to stay for 1/2 hour but the money will pay for the Primark splurge so I really had to say yes! I figure I can walk around, hang out in the loos and fake queue at the bar so it's not totally obvious that I am Billy-no-mates!
    Today I am wearing:
floral/nautcal dress from yesterdays photos - £5 Primark
red long sleeve Tee - £2.50 Primark
    Jeggings - £3.75 Sainsburys
Grey buckle boots - Asda £10
Antique gold floral bangle - part of a set £1.50 Primark
Red chunky beaded bracelet - 1.25 Matalan
Blue and grey chunky beaded bracelet - 1.25 Matalan

Hope you all have a great day xx

Sounds lovely though :) I don't know how you lot manage it, you all seem to turn up great things in Primark. Is it luck or persistence? The one in Liverpool is so big and is always so horrendously busy that I can rarely face it.
  • Hey again guys :) Hope everyone is well!
I am having the afternoon off and slouching in a hoody, having just taken delivery of my bargain topshop dolphin boots http://www.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?beginIndex=0&viewAllFlag=&catalogId=19551&storeId=12556&categoryId=175037&parent_category_rn=175013&productId=1387074&langId=-1

Got them from ebay for £40. Sorry about the long link! Been looking for some nice casual knee boots for ages and they had sold out in all the stores. Want them in tan too now!

Just got my ELF cosmetics too and very impressed.

Alex, when I was slim the best pair of jeans I've ever owned came from primark. I didn't like them in store and a friend convinced me, when we got home I liked them so much I determined to go back for more, but they were all sold out. The jeans only lasted one summer but they were outstandingly flattering, one of the best purchases I've ever made. Apart from some underwear I've never found anything else there either. If they ever re did those jeans I'd buy DOZENS of them.:o. I think its the kind of place you're better going with a girlfriend and just trying loads, and loads on. (I just try things on in store, I have no modesty:o:o and hate queuing for changing rooms...)
