I misread that as "asbo"......was wondering what you'd been getting up to at first!!
:rotfl:
:A me? asbo
Nothing exciting outfit wise today, I loathe dressing for ECGs as I never remember where the sticky pads go.
Anyway,
Black leggings: New Look
Long sleeve cream thermal: Peacocks
Rock and roll jumper dress (again!): New Look
Chunky black cardi: New Look
Buckle flat ankle boots: Dorothy Perkins
coat, snood etc.
Stupid snow here again, though no sign of settling.0 -
Hope the appt goes ok daisy and your mouth is no longer in pain! Just getting to grips with new Internet access on new phone which is a bit odd..
Had a lovely day of catching up with my friend yday, once we got talking who knows where the afternoon went!! Today we're off ice skating and my outfit will be as follows..
Navy blue dress with white star print, primark
navy and white striped elasticated waist belt
White cardi with black polka dots and collar, topshop via eBay

cream panda hat, Xmas present
Caroline well done on the blog0 -
@ Daisybella - Hope it goes ok today.
I've got a job interview at lunchtime and then off to drama club with DS2. I might go to my mums afterwards and raid her handbag cupboard.
I'm wearing stripy t shirt and black cardigan with my black joseph trousers and pumps today. Pearl necklace and my new bracelet.
M&S dress arrived today - looks fab.0 -
Good luck with the interview Caroline!
Hurrah for dress arriving0 -
Good luck Daisyb.
I'm having a weird clothes day for me. Black knee length dress, short sleeves and fairly low cut, with.....leggings. Not sure how I feel a bout this...too old? Too curvy? Worn with http://www.dune.co.uk/catalogue/style.asp?y=A09LRE00OCH031V&pc=0&sar=&sat=&f=1 to the doctors and then swapped for knee length thermal boots for doing some animal chores on the way home. Hair messy bun, makeup....foundation and a smear of mascara on top lashes only, and some lip gloss, not sure about earings. I think the eighties found me, but they found me with a cold.
Edit: yes to earings, have worn some cute litle shoe earrings which Daisybella sent me with the necklace I bought from her.0 -
Oh lir, you wear the most glam stuff to look after the animals in
Hope everything goes well today daisy.0 -

Boots aren't glam, and I'll throw a coat over the rest...;) I get totally covered in hay these days, and puppies climb all over me, so will take the earings out then
EDIT: the shoes are really comfy, but.....feel big and kept slpping off heel. Grr. I'm fed up of shoes and sizing, its as bad as clothes sizing. I'll try and insole, any recommendations?0 -
funkydresser wrote: »Ladies - I am so excited I found this thred today, its simply wonderful, I love how you all list 'Todays Outfit', hope I am not to old (48) or large (size 16/18) to join in.
Well I'm a size 16 / 18 so no need to worry about thatGood to have you on board.
Today I am wearing
Black & White Striped V neck Top – Primark £1
Black Wide Leg Trousers – Ebay
Black Cardigan – QS
Black Spike Heeled Boots
Simple Silver Hoops
Never thought of putting this top with the cardigan before for some reason but it looks really good. I need another pair of wide leg trousers though as I’m going to wear these ones out soon if I’m not careful.
Managed to sell a few things already on Ebay which has motivated me to put some more stuff on over the next couple of days. Am going to clear a space for accessories as I seem to be building those up through car boot purchases and need somewhere to put them. One day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -
Afternoon All!
Hope your appointment went well, Daisy and lovin' those Dune shoes, LiR. Good luck with the interview, Caroline.
It's horrid here with icy rain and sooooo bloomin' cold - can't believe that I was in a dress and sandals just 5 days ago. BF's already bookmarked a couple of cheap-ish flights for March - better knuckle down to some serious eBaying. Channel 4's Indian Winter season is seriously cruel, I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms.
Just back from Pilates and planning an afternoon of eBay photography although I'm seriously lacking any motivation at the moment so I may wander off for a Wii Fit session or another failed attempt at mastering crochet.
Today's (unstylish) outfit:
Black leggings (Car boot)
Over-the-knee black socks (Poundland)
Purple skinny fit long sleeved top (TopShop)
Oversized and customised grey teeshirt with skeleton astride a Harley (Jumble sale)
Vintage psychedellic silk scarf tied around neck (Chazza shop)
Silver tribal bangles, rings and hoop earrings (India)
I topped this ensemble off with a vintage marabou trimmed hat (jumble sale), vintage green leather trenchcoat (eBay), 1960's green leather driving gloves and 1980's knee-high black leather boots (both car boot finds).
Happy Wednesday!

Afternoon everyone!
Hope ur interview went ok Caroline, and that all was well with your ECG, Daisy. We do ECG's for outpatients on my ward at work so I know what a pain they can be!
I'm off for 2 days - yay! Not doing anything special though - waiting for Tesco delivery!
Today's outfit is comfy n casual.
Black ribbed vest-top with 'Loyalty and Faith' in pink diamante on the front (think this was from Fashionworld but cant remember how much)
Black cotton tracksuit bottoms with white stripe (Ambrose Wilson catalogue)
Black zip-up hoodie with narrow white stripes and silver print detail (£15, Evans Leicester sale rail)
Purple socks with black print (£3, BHS Leicester)
Black slipper boots with black and white polka dot ribbon trim (Primark, Xmas pressie from Mum)
Hope everyone's having a good day!! xx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200
