(((daisy))) I remember that feeling :( Is there someone around to pamper you a bit today?

    Today I'm wearing:

    Black boots
    Jeans
    Grey slash neck long top
    Black pashmina
Green long thin sleeveless cardi type thing, worn open rather than buttoned up - doesn't do much for warmth but it looks nice :)
    Pearl earrings

I'll be fine, my asos order just turned up so that is a nice distraction and both parents are home so can make me lots of mugs of tea :D
  • Hope it stops hurting soon DB, just remember it will all be worth it in the end. I had braces for 5 years, and gave up with them in the end as they never really worked. Wish I had stuck with it as I still really hate my teeth.

My internet at home has been rubbish the past few days so havent had chance to update my blog or here much. Will do a big update tonight though!

Caroline73, will be sure to have a peek at your blog later, love having a nose at other peoples wardrobes!

The weekend outfits consisted mainly of 'house clothes' - leggings, long cardies and slippers! Had a nice lazy weekend, was good to do nothing much!

    Yesterday I wore
    red checked strapless dress, Bershka
    black tshirt under, H&M
    black leggings, H&M
    Grey cardigan, H&M
Flat black riding boots, New Look

    Today I am wearing
    black leggings, H&M
    white vest top, Primark
    oversize leopard print tshirt, H&M
    red boyfriend cardie, Primark
suede slouch boots, thrifted from my mum

Hope everyone wasnt to down yesterday, things can only get better, and soon Spring will be here!

Morning - just got up, I was on night shift last night (setting up the blog too, hee hee) It's on my profile if anyone wants to nose.

@Daisybella - Hope your mouth feels better soon and thanks for your comments...That made my day!

@tete en L'air - I never usually wear my hair up unless I need to. 15 years of nursing on wards meant I had to wear my hair up and I got bored of that and loads of broken hair from the band - I'm sure Mrs ryan understands. the dress had a tie detail across the shoulder blades and the way my hair sat was wrong when it was down.

Blogging really makes you think about outfits. Today I have gone for a grey 'puffed' top with flower detail to the neckline with black jeans, and black boots. I'm wearing my long pearls around my neck 3 times and a black carved bangle.

My Links bracelet arrived today but I was already dressed and I needed big bracelet so haven't put it on.

Phew! What a lovely welcome back....thanks girls!

Hope everyone's keeping well on this gloomy tuesday afternoon.
Poor you Daisy, I can sympathise - had braces on both top and bottom teeth a lifetime ago and I can remember the pain to this day. I had to suffer the indignity of wires that slotted into the top plate and attached to a collar worn around the neck - it halved the time I had to wear my braces but I looked like Hannibal Lecter.
Goan - I love that blouse!! Was it a recent purchase that I could copy?
Tete en l'Air - the blouse was purchased in the summer but they had some on the sale rail last time in was in DP's (early December) and they also had a shift dress in the same print but sadly only size 18s left - boo!

Caroline - lovin' the blog and have become a follower, you're beautiful.

Today's outfit (just updated on the blog):
Purple paisley puddy-bow mini dress with bubble hem (eBay)
Purple opaques worn beneath black lace tights
Vintage purple knee-high boots (Chazza shop)
Silver tribal bangles, rings and earrings (India)
Black crochet waistcoat (River Island sale buy)

Have a lovely rest of the day gang!
    Goan
