It is really cold here today. Office was freezing when we came in on Friday so am wary about wearing stuff that isn’t warm enough to work in case the heating isn’t working properly again, especially I am naturally cold blooded anyway.

    So today I have

Green V Neck Jumper – Marks & Spencer
    Black Vest Top Underneath – H & M
Black Wide Leg Trousers – Debenhams

Unfortunately I’ve had to wear my black trainers to work as they are the only thing that is half decent for walking in snow and slush – not the best fashion statement but to be honest I’d rather not fall bum over head!

Have just finished with a pair of dreamcatcher style green earrings.

Ice are you sure we're not the same person? Live in Wales, tall, size 16, problem stomach - do you have size 9 feet as well?!

Feel grotty today, not been far, I'm wearing
    black flared Killah cords (CS)
black polo neck (New Look sale)
purple and black stripey batwing long top (Asda sale)
black knitted beret with gold thread (Tesco, belongs to youngest daughter)
    black chunky heart pendant (Primark)
walking boots as a change from wellies as I've discovered they don't slip.

    Welcome to the newbies!

Oh no Daisy! It's holding off here so far but as long as the trains are running to London on Friday when my daughter goes for the weekend I don't mind!
  • Hi I'm a newbie but have been lurking on this thread for a while. It's my resolution this year to try not to buy new clothes as I have a bulging wardrobe full of things I've hardly worn. So far I've only succumber to a a very reduced pair of shoe boots (£35 down to £10) that I couldn't resist.

I've also started to choose my clothes the night before which really saves time in the morning. Today I'm at work and wearing:

Grey skirt with black, white and silver embroidered edging (Toast sale several years ago)
Black New Look long sleeve top
Silver grey M&S three quarter sleeve cardi
    Black opaques
Black heeled knee high boots from Marisota (cos I've got big calves)
Beautiful rainbow moonstone pendant (Xmas gift from hubbie)
    Matching earrings found on Ebay
    Silver watch
    Usual rings

Continuing the back abnd grey theme I see!

Was in Tesco Home today and noticed that they had really pretty thermals on offer, they were sort of ballerina cross over tops with lacy trim. Thought of you Daisybella!
Piratefairy - I only just realised today that I can enlarge the pictures on your blog so have been able to see your outfits properly for the first time!

Snowing loads here now. We have about 4 inches.

left work, took forever to drive home as the roads were gridocked with people trying to get home. Managed to get most of the way home but had to abandon my car at the bottom of the hill.

    Outfit today

    Blue skinny jeans (DP)
    Black floral long top/dress (newlook)
    Black boyfriend cardi (Newlook)
    Black flat slouchy boots (DP)

I dont hold out much hope of getting to work tomorrow, its still chucking it down with snow here.
