    Wearing:
    Cream thermal long sleeve: peacocks
Navy and white striped long sweatshirt: New Look
    Black thermal tights: Tesco
    Black leggings: New Look

Am about to venture out in the snow for milk, so have added jeans, socks, wellies, coat, scarf and gloves. In typical me fashion I have put my hat down somewhere but forgotten where!

    How cheaps cheap?

I got one in Sainsbury's Tu range on Sunday, (emergency purchase following my washing machine fiasco) It was £14, black, smooth fine knit and a nice long length. Slight gather to the top of the shoulder, but plain and simple otherwise. Pleased with it, doesn't look as cheap as some can!!

That would be perfect but there are no Sainsburys anywhere near me with a clothing department!

    It's a can't-be-bothered sort of outfit today:

    Jeans
Black long sleeved top with thin white stripes
Silver grey thin knit long tank top (although I could probably describe it just as accurately as a sleeveless dress)
    Black pashmina
    Pearl studs

And the usual winter gear to travel into work in, as it's snowing again!

My walk was rather lovely today as town was deserted and I had enough layers on not to freeze.
Spied some short sleeved thermals randomly in Tesco (unusual as the only clothes we stock are socks/pants) for £5. Pretty similar to my Peacocks ones though so I didn't get any, but might be worth it if you dont have a peacocks nearby.

Got my CWP out for my parents, if they wont take it as payment towards heating then I'm going to make them keep it till they go to Spain in July and use it to have a meal somewhere.

  • ETA - Caroline, your drama club ladies sound a blast

I can guarantee - blue boot leg jeans, black low heeled ankle boots, some kind of jumper with a long necklace. All of which comes from Next or Boden. I'm sure they have the same wardrobe.

All the children (all girls, my DS is only boy)will be dressed identically too. Stripey tights, little skirt, pink long sleeve tops and brown boots which are fur lined with pink embroidery.

DS will be in jeans and a Babywit shirt (fab american website for individual t shirts)
  • I prefer the sound of the girls' clothes to their mums'! Stripey tights!!
    Weightloss: 14.5/65lb
  • Today's outfit is more grey. It must be the weather. Snow going away her so lots of slush.

Dark grey trousers with thin black stripe - New Look
    Pink vest
Pale grey top with little bow - Per una
Pale grey waterfall cardigan - Planet (in sale)
Grey socks and Dr Who colour converse for inside. Wellies for outside
    Moonstone pendant and diamond studs
Large grey patent bag - M&S

    Must try another colour tomorrow!

Woke up this morning to more of the white stuff - was secretly hoping work would close but alas nope. Roads were horrible, did a sideways slide whilst going round a roundabout even at only 15 mph! I was glad to arrive in one piece. It's still snowing has been since I woke up - it's going to be a nightmare at hometime.

    Anyway today I am wearing....

Purple Ruffleneck Top - Next (50p from car boot)
    Black Wide Leg Trousers
    Black cardigan

Again had to resort to my trainer shoe things as they are the least slippy thing I've got. Might celebrate when the snow goes by wearing a pair of heels to work (if it ever goes).

FS- scary about slipping, I'm glad you made it in one piece!
I too plan on wearing heels as soon as the ice goes, I normally favour flats, but having had no choice but to wear them pretty much since before Christmas my feet are craving the pain of stilettos!

LOL. I rushed out early on Friday morning for a 9.00am hair appointment, without thinking too much!

Had to go to a funeral later on and wasn't sure how long I'd be so thought I'd better get dressed for the funeral anyway. My only suitably-funereal black boots have a 3" spiky heel, so I pulled them on , got to town and looked around in horror as I 'realised' the only way to the hairdressers was across what was basically an ice rink . Embarrassed to say a sensibly-booted teenager offered me her arm, which I gratefully accepted!!:o However, on the way back, realised that spiky heels do actually make quite effective crampons!!
