    Afternoon everyone!!!

Thought I'd give you all a giggle with my outfit. I'm (stupidly) off to the one sole remaining Guinness Premiership Rugby match soon and Im well insulated to say the least! Here goes.....

Black cotton strappy vest top (£1, Primark, but it is so ancient I have no idea which one it came from)
Black fitted long-sleeved hooded t-shirt (£6, Asda Thurmaston, Leicester)
Black short-sleved t-shirt with Betty Boop print (£12, Peacocks Leicester ages ago)
Black Leicester Tigers rugby shirt (this is OH's :D)
Black zip-up hoodie with pink and white writing and beige furry-lined hood (£15, Evans Leicester sale on Xmas Eve)
Beige zip-up cardigan (this is OH's again - its a huge chunky thing. His mum got it for him for Xmas but we have deduced its from Tesco :D)
Black cotton leggings (Simply Be, £12)
Black fleece tracksuit bottoms (£8, Matalan Derby)
White trainer socks with blue stripes and Snoopy print (present from friend in Germany)
Grey knee-length socks (think Mum bought me these but they're from Primark)
Brown thermal short socks (again, as above but from BHS)
My trusty Nikes (I was going to wear my furry-lined boots but they tend to go soggy so decided against)
Grey ribbed beanie hat (present from Mum but from BHS i think)
Big chunky multicoloured scarf (as above but this one is from Bon Marche)
Grey thermal gloves (again, present but from Matalan)

Phew! Perfume is Vera Wang Princess, and jewellery is my blue sparkly New Look watch, silver bracelet from Mum, 2 ring silver set from Avon and eternity ring.

Hope everyone has a good day!! xx

I think my car is gone for the weekend. I parked on a hill (just) and there's no way it's coming back down in that snow! Rubbish. Hope you're all keeping warm!

Why thank you Daisy! See you in 5?! :rotfl:;)

I did actually manage to get my car out for a mad dash to Sainsbury's for essential supplies (soup and ice cream). OH and I don't plan to move again until Monday morning! :)

    Afternoon all

Still in fleecy jamas, dressing gown and furry boot slippers here.

Just looked outside and there's no sign of the snow melting any. I have to go out later too so will be dressed for warmth again.
    Baby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j

Mrs Ryan how on earth did you get all those clothes on?!!

I've not been out today but am going out for an hour at teatime to Wetherspoons to escape the offspring for a while.

Killah black cord flares with heart shaped pockets (CS)
Black polo neck (CS years ago)
green patterned and striped cardi-coat (me made)
3-strand beaded necklace, each bead is beautiful and no two are the same (Etsy seller therealiolithie)
    Rainbow stripy knee socks (Poundland)
might wear my leather biker boots when I go out, I'm sick of wellies!

Pic of today's outfit on Facebook photo blog, again if anyone would like to add me pm me.

    Happy Saturday! x

Work today but the Christmas crowds to shame. In five years I have never seen anything like it!

It was also freezing cold, and I believe this is our coldest day here and I've been shivering and in tears for a lot of it, haha. Lame. I must be super hormonal I think :o

    Wearing:
    Thermal fleece (again): Canada
    Black t-shirt: new look
    Chunky black jumper: Primark
    Grey cardi: Primark
    Thermal tights: Tesco
    Thermal socks: Walking shop
    Jeans: River Island

Please say this will end soon!

It will, and just think how warm it will feel once it thaws out a bit - that's what I'm banking on anyway!

    Evening All

Am very much over the snow now. Wish it would go away and Spring would hurry up and get here!!

DB - know what you mean about the shops, popped out to go and get a few bits and peices for soup making(snowy weather and soup making seem to go hand in hand!) and had to go to 3 different supermarkets to get everything I needed! Why people insist on stock piling carrots during bad weather I will never know!!

    Today I am wearing:

Black thermal tights - Primark £4 pack of 5
    Black leggings - H&M £5
Grey cotton draped dress - Primark £6
Red boyfriend cardigan - Primark £10
Grey knitted ugg style boots - Primark £8
Blue and silver scarf - Primark £2

Must check on the butternut squash and carrot soup currently bubbling away on the hob!

Working on the checkouts I saw the oddest things being stockpiled.

Do you have a recipe for your soup? I'm addicted to butternut squash!
