Goanmad, I love the sound of that dress. Leopard print + huge shoulders = winner!
I've decided to transfer my blog over to Blogger as I've really fallen out with Tumblr. So, if you're visiting Pretty Penniless tonight you'll find a link to my new home there, or you can click over to my profile and go that way.0 -

Morning, couldn't be bothered to post yesterday as I felt pretty miserable.
Off to the doctors this morning (hopefully it goes a bit better this time!)
then for some lunch with my grandparents, because they like to cook for me and make sure I'm eating "some decent food". I'm secretly hoping my Nan has done her famous casserole *already drooling*
Wearing:
Black floral print dress with shoulder detail: Primark (present from grandparents)
Lavendar tights: Primark
Black cardigan: Wallis
Flat studded ankle boots: La Redoute
Giles Deacon/Cadbury Bunny scarf
Black winter coat: Old from Jane Norman (odd as I never shop there but this is my dream coat, even though its really tatty now!)
Fingerless gloves: Accessorize.
Might treat myself to some jeans too, I've been super good with money lately, and I could do with a pair that doesn't fall down0 -
Good luck daisybella.
I'm frozen right through. The fog this morning was horrendous, and since my little car died we've beenonly using DH's old LR, which has no heating. (and I think the headlights might have failed on the way back, thank goodness it was light by then) I was cold in bed (DH said he was warm but felt like he was cuddling and icecube all night), woke cole, got up cold and am desperately trying to remember what warm is.I have to go back outside, as I didn't get everything done this morning, but I'm just too cold ATM.
Wearing: green rollneck..from the charity shop last week, £2:50, (over vest and t shirt) tights, and normal socks, then welly socks over the top, black tracksuit trousers and top (tescos, about £18 I think).
I have to go out breifly later, but I'm afraid I'm just not going to change, I might have warmed u the inside of these clothes by then so I'll peel off the welly socks and put on some trainers and add a scarf, and a clean hat and gloves.0 -

Brrrrrr! It's a cold but sunny day here again. I've just had to apprehend a scumbag who was walking around our garden - I think he was more scared than me!
Good news about Charlie George, GG and best of luck at the doc's Daisybella.
I've been to yoga this morning, a friend popped round for lunch then had a frantic hour wrapping 18 parcels to drop off at the PO. I really need to get photographing for eBay before the light fades.
Today's outfit:
Dark green leggings (TopShop about 3 years ago)
Dark green vest (Topshop)
Vintage knee-high leather boots (Car Boot)
Silver tribal bangles and rings (India)
Statement choker in battered silver with a polished turquoise stone (India)
Polished turquoise stud earrings (Pressie)
Long off-white vest with a black and white photo of some hippies (Market)
Green arm warmers (pressie)
Enjoy the rest of your day!

GG- hurrah for Charlie George
Goan- delightful sounding outfit as always
Blimey,
I'd not estimated quite how cold it was out! Thankfully my Grandparents had a hot water bottle ready and waiting for me.
Appointment was more of a success than last time, but not the most pleasent of ordeals *sigh*
c'est la vie,
succumbed to buying some jeggings, over jeans as they fitted better and were cheaper (though £15 isn't cheap in my book, they are made from denim rather than jersey and were cheaper than jeans!)0 -

Just angry but thanks for your concern, Glowgirl!
After the yelling at I gave him he's hopefully been scared off. Mind you I was shaking like a leaf afterwards. We've phoned the police station just to tip them off. As soon as the nights start drawing in the burglaries seem to increase.

Glad your ok:) I read somewhere that the best deterrent for burglars is a large dog, I can vouch for this but I'm guessing it wouldn't fit into your lifestyle, when someone tried to break into ours a couple of years ago my dog made such a racket it scared him off and alerted the neighbours, I sat in the house for days afterwards, fuming, willing him to come back so I could wrap a bat round his head:rotfl:funny now but not at the time I was really really angry, I think you deserve a little drink tonight;) or maybe even a huge one:DThank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0
