:mad: My partener and I appointed Wolstenholmes to do our conveyancing on 2nd july then on the 3rd we cancled as we read some bad things about them through this fourm (Thank God) when we cancled they told us they will not be taking our £300!!!! off of our credit card. THEY DID!!! they have not sent us anything so it was't because they thought we were using them!!!!
On the 10th july they unlawfully took £300!!!! off our card, we have beed contacting them since 4th aug when we relised they stole our money, still nothing but today the lady who took our card details at the begining (lucky we took her name) said we shoul have it bu cheque by the end of the week!!!
I contacted the legal complants services and have sent off the forms!!!
MY ADVICE AVOID LIKE SWINE FLU

When I bought a property, our EA recommended Wolstenholmes to do conveyancing work. a few phone calls made to them think they are not good as i cannot speak to PS or solicitor at anytime. so i decide to move to SAS Daniels and they are the BEST!! completed purchase ontime and moved to new house.0

I went with wolthemstomes about a week ago and cancelled two days later after reading the negative feedback. Even before reading the bad posts they come across so un professional its un true!

Khryul Islam was the person who took my money and also laughed when i said why dont u reply to my email about refund!.
Everytime i phone the "Fiancne" team it goes to voicemail. Thats laura and Migid. So frustrating im still chasing my refund with no avail!!

Magid does seem to answer his phone but when he says he will call you back he wont...
I been chasing it every day 3 or 4 times a day and he said a cheque will be sent. I will wait a week for this so called "cheque" and see what happens!!!
