Had a bad day diet wise on sat, ended up at my friends house and drunk quite a bit of the bad stuff, spend wise i only spent £3.99.
Had lunch at my nans yesterday which was lovely would of been nicer without a hangover though.
Money side of things trying to be careful spent about £16 yesterday and will spend £3 today, might be more if DH has put in some petrol.
I have got the paint brush out today so glossing & painting had both in the garage so no money spent decorating for a change :T.
Tea tonight will be jacket potatoes with beans & cheese, nice easy & cheap!
Off to make a sandwich then back to the decorating.

Feeling a bit down in the dumps today it thinks its because i know i need to sit down and sort money out for next month soon, think its going to be a bad one. So many bills to pay and other things coming up soon namely car tax in oct & mot nov.
Need to get some paint brushes & roller today, just the cheapy ones so no more then £5 & a few things from the shop, will update totals later.
Washing is on the line & need to do some housework, could do with finding some motivation first.

Hi, i'm in that boat too, as my hubby and my income fluctuates each month (although not by much) i tend to do my budget from month to month, however i have 9 very tight months in front of me as even with minimum repayments on everything i have a shortfall of over £200, AND i havent accounted for car tax, mot or xmas and birthdays
, keep your pecker up though, it can be fun finding ways to save money, beg and borrow things and generally become more aware of where your cash is going x

Thanks dottyanne, glad its not just me in that boat then. I just get so frustrated with it all sometimes it really drags you down. Some months just when i think all the min payments have been made and for a change we have a little left over something always crops up which is always more than we have left over lol. I find it hard to deal with the debts and have some sort of life, i can not stay in and do nothing for the next 5-7 years especially with 4 young children.

Hi Kerron, sorry ur feeling low again, ur just at that stage (and we call go through it) where you wish youd never got into the mess in the first place but cant seem to fight your way out, but the truth is your so much more better off than most ppl in this world as youve had the lightbulb moment and are concious of your money and finances now, it may not make things seem any better, in fact they usually feel worse to begin with, but it will get better rest assured, and u can always come on here for help and advice when its neededFocusing on clearing the credit cards in 2018 :T0

Thanks dottyanne, yes i do wish we have never got into this situation but like you said i have had my lightbulb moment and i am in a better situation than a lot of people. I do worry a lot though and the last few nights have been sleepless to be honest. Have hardly done anything with the children so far this holiday, which makes me feel terrible because i'm going away for the weekend in oct although this has been paid for with selling things etc. Also worring about my car tax/mot and xmas will be upon us before we know it.

Found out yesterday that my nan has a suspected tumor behind her eye, which has really upset me, we are very close and she is such a lovely kind lady, keeping my fingers crossed she is ok.
A NSD today :j, not going out and DH has had his dinner before going to work. Will check with him later to double check he hasn't spent anything.
Kids are running about in the garden so i have 5 mins peace!
